Southeastern University Lakeland, FL
Southeastern University was relocated to Florida in 1946, and later became a liberal arts college in 1970. The Summer of 2015 involved the demolition of Spence Hall, Lindsey Science Building, and the Music Hall in order to make way for the Live/Learn Facility, known as Buena Vida. The 4-story arts and media building includes on the first floor a band room, practice rooms, faculty studios, digital editing rooms, a piano lab, instrument storage, a percussion studio, an art gallery and a control room for recording from the band room. The second floor houses faculty offices, and the third and fourth floors are residential space for students.
