La Posada is an assisted living facility situated on 22 acres conveniently located near the PGA National Resort and Spa, and the sandy beaches located in Palm Beach. As a family-owned and operated community the new design incorporated the requirements for assisted living, but also included features commonly seen in independent living. With their new direction and hospitality driven culture, they decided to develop several projects including a new residential building with hotel-like amenities on the first floor, Lounge/Pub, Dining room, living room, and activities areas, etc. that offers a new option for existing and new residents. This project also consisted of a series of renovations within the existing clubhouse.
